In the event where a client cannot reach me, Liz Bailey, LMHC, (for example, I was not at your scheduled appointment AND you cannot reach me by

either phone, text or email within a week of the appointment, and there was no miscommunication of schedule, thus deeming an emergency on my end),

you may confidentially contact my colleague, Sheri Damon, LMHC, who is my Professional Executor and should have information on how to get you support.

She can be reached through her office at 781-834-5750 or 781-995-2549. If you need to contact her, ask for her specifically, noting I did not come to your

appointment, contact you, you cannot reach me, and you believe there is an emergency. Your confidentiality will be held.

This is only in the case of an apparent emergency where there is no contact from me for a week or more.
