Specializing in life transitions, I offer support around the following and other issues related to the coronavirus: - Isolation, depression and anxiety about social distancing - Sheltering in with children and family - Fear, anxiety and depression - Working or studying from home - Unemployment - Possible infection / anxiety about exposure - Insomnia - Experiencing an existential crisis and how to navigate spiritually. I offer mindfulness and meditation instruction which can greatly help in staying present during this public health crisis. - ... and any other adjustment you are making.
