Imbalance   to  In  Balance
Find the space in your life. TM

Picture
As we begin to resolve personal issues
and heal, an
unfolding commences, and
we begin to blossom and experience a
center, a place of equanimity. A new sense of spaciousness comes into our lives. Anxiety, depression, sadness and other difficult emotions diminish or disappear.

By using mindfulness and self compassion, and
learning to work with one's emotional parts and unhelpful thoughts, we move from an  imbalanced state to one of balance. We feel more open. We experience a sense of spacious awareness, a neutral zone. This is our
authentic nature, free from the congestion of thoughts and troubling emotions,
where we can then move toward freedom.

I will guide you through this process. In my work, I compassionately help you enter this center of
your
Self, even where change exists, where you can
be mindful, make good decisions, communicate better, and rest emotionally amidst whatever else is occurring or changing in your life. The outcome is balance and newfound space.

Whether you're a woman, parent of a beloved pet,
or a musician trying to manage your life in a challenging industry, I will help guide you through
the transition you're experiencing and/or the change you want to create in your life.
