Insurance

Blue Cross / Blue Shield is accepted as follows (all products):
- PPO
- Indemnity
- HMO

Out-of-network insurance may be accepted, though please note as follows:
Certain out-of-network / PPO insurance plans may be reimbursable, i.e., Aetna, UHC, Cigna. However, I offer direct billing for Blue Cross/Blue Shield products only. For insurances other than BC/BS, I provide receipts or monthly statements to clients for sessions which have paid in full, and you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to inquire and be sure you are clear on your behavioral health benefits. For BC/BS, please provide your member ID number when we speak on the phone and submit your insurance card along with other required intake documents before your first appointment.

All sessions are telehealth and insurance copays are made via credit card via an Automated Billing Authorization.
